I founded Wellness Project, an AI tracker for fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery. The company is unusual. The software was engineered by AI, and the go-to-market runs on a bench of named AI specialists. I direct that bench and I am accountable for what ships.
Before this I worked in Massachusetts state government, most of that time as General Counsel to the Senate President. Before that I built websites for a living.
Those two halves are the point. I have written law and I have shipped software, and I have spent my career in places where getting either one wrong is expensive.
I live outside Boston, Massachusetts.
